ORDERS

Unless otherwise noted on a products page, items available are ready so ship within 1 to 3 business days. Special orders, including customization or sterling silver, may require longer lead times, up to 3 weeks. Upon purchase, you will receive an estimated ship date which does not include transit time through the postal system.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

All jewelry, accessories, and home goods are created with love and care and your satisfaction is very important to me. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, ValenStar Jewelry offers free returns within seven days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition.

Please email kathryn@valenstarjewelry.com for a prepaid return label that will be sent to the original email address associated with the order. Merchandise will be insured to ValenStar Jewelry. Credit will not include expedited shipping charges.

Special orders, custom orders, or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange except at my discretion.

PACKAGING

Jewelry and shawl pins are packaged in small kraft gift boxes wrapped in a length of navy blue ribbon, ready to gift.  Ornaments and vases ship in a small box closed with ribbon within a larger sturdier box to ensure, as best possible, that your purchases arrive safely.  Sterling silver and copper orders include a small resealable bag with an anti-tarnish tab for storing pieces between wears.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through Paypal.  All prices are listed and charged in US dollars. If applicable, the exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card.
